I've just gotten back from guiding a group of photographers in Namibia, where we faced unique conditions in Sossusvlei Desert. For the first time since 2011, a massive rain storm had hit the area, part of a weather system that hit the west coast of Namibia 1500 km north of its usual pattern.
The storm hit just 2 days before our arrival, and so we got to shoot the red dunes of the Namib desert stricken with dark lines of wet sand, and the dead trees of Deadvlei reflecting in water, and enveloped in magical mist. . boredpanda.com
