In all my time using Canon cameras, I always felt that Sony RAW files were better. And in some ways they still are. But the RAW files from the Canon EOS R5 are really something else. They're fantastic! We explored it a bit in a recent episode of Pro Camera Reviews.
I've made a conscious effort in the past few years to move away from Adobe Lightroom Classic CC in every way possible; and with today's release of Capture One 12 I can say with certainty that it does most of what Lightroom does even better.
