Sony Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact Flagship Smartphones

Sony Mobile have announced two new smartphones to headline its flagship range, the Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Compact.

The XZ2 offers the world’s 1st 4K HDR Movie recording in a smartphone.  Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact are available globally from March 2018 and both will ship with Android 8. 0 Oreo.

Sony are also showcasing a new ultra-high sensitivity camera technology at the Mobile World Congress show. This newly developed dual camera and Sony's  fusion image signal processor allows image capture in extremely dark conditions thanks to its unprecedented ISO sensitivity of 51200 for photos and ISO 12800 for video, which is currently only possible with inter-changeable lens cameras.
