Funny how history works — after more than a decade, we’re suddenly getting not one, but two 200mm f/2. 0 FE lenses! Just last week, I leaked the specs and first image of the new Venus Optics 200mm f/2.
Trusted sources (Thanks!) just told us Sigma will have a new press event on August 19. And this is what we are likely to get: 200mm f/2. 0 Full Frame “Sports” lens for Sony E and Leica L 35mm f/1.
What you see here on top is the size comparison between the “old” Sigma 35mm f/1.2 and the new version that will be announced soon. How2Fly reports: Sony is testing a new full-frame macro lens, the FE 100mm F2. 8 Macro GM OSS. It means soon this lens will be announced. It’s going ot be the official replacement for the 90mm macro.
Sony registered a new camera code in China back in December. From trusted sources, we can be almost certain that it is the new Sony A7V. But I don’t know the specs yet and all I get are rumors from anonymous messengers.
