While I'm still a big lover of the Hexar AF, I have to admit that the Fujifilm Natura Black has always been a camera that I've lusted over for fantastic reasons. With much talk about Fujifilm and their point and shoot lineup, I decided that I'd look back in their history.
Sony, beyond their own camera production, is a key piece to the puzzle for many of the top camera brands in the world. It has been reported recently that Sony has stopped production on their 16MP APS-C imaging sensors, moving on to more in demands resolution sensors.
As professional photographers we demand a lot from our cameras, we need manual controls and the ability to tweak the settings to our liking, at the same time though, lugging around our professional gear all the time can be a pain.
Point and Shoot cameras, once a staple of the middle-class family, has now largely been replaced with high-quality smartphone-based cameras. But there is still a good portion of the population who likes to have a standalone camera in their bag for when the smartphone doesn’t cut it, and those situations do exist.
