Fujifilm is Finally Getting Air TTL and HSS Support from Profoto

In a move that has been long overdue, Profoto is finally going to provide support for Fujifilm in a big way. In an announcement made today on Profoto's website, the company will be providing Air TTL and HSS support for Fujifilm's cameras.

This lines up very well with the new firmware updates that are on their way for many of Fujifilm's cameras that talk about how flash TTL support has been added to strengthen the options from many third party manufacturers. What this means is that Fujifilm Air TTL support is coming not only for the X Pro 2 and the X-T2 but also for the Fujifilm GFX 50s--and that gives it a major advantage over the Hasselblad system and Phase One both. .
