The larger the sensor, the harder it is to fit a significant zoom range into a single lens. That’s why bridge cameras can pack in a 100x zoom, but the Sigma 60-600mm f4. 5-6. 3 DG DN OS Sports is, thus far, the only 10x zoom lens for full-frame E-Mount and L-Mount.
When the L-Mount Alliance formed, it allowed companies like Panasonic to jump into full-frame mirrorless with a list of lenses already available. But, one thing the L-Mount family was missing was zoom, with optics from Leica topping out at 280mm and, later, Panasonic at 300mm.
