The Capsule360 can help photographers produce smooth pans with cameras ranging from DSLRs to smartphones. The movement requires no cables and all aspects of its speed and direction can be controlled via the MIOPS app. The Capsule360 can automatically track any object with just one click and the Capsule360’s turntable accessory (which is available separately) can help you shoot professional-quality interactive 360° images of products with the minimum of fuss.

The compact motion box also includes a Multi-Row Panorama mode that will automatically adjust the attached camera for the production of composite images that MIOPS say are ‘almost unlimited in terms of their ratios, detail and angle of view’.
Objects can be tracked by combining the app and Capsule360.
What’s more, photographers can take advantage of the Focus Stacking options which, when combined with the Capsule slider accessory, allow the Capsule360 to automatically adjust for a perfect set of images taken at different focus distances. This should produce a set of images that are easier to merge together into a single file that boasts front to back sharpness.

Perhaps the coolest feature on this compact motion box is a Star Tracking mode and all photographers have to do is mount the Capsule360 to a tripod as the motion box, which can be set to automatically track the motion of stars precisely, will ensure sharp star photos at shutter speeds that would normally result in streaky trails.
