Never heard of those before: Jintu E-mount lenses from primes to a super cheap 420-800mm zoom

I never saw them before…but a company named Jintu is selling a bunch of super cheap and manual focusing E-mount lenses on this Amazon Page (click here). The list includes this super weird 420-800mm f/8.
