Tamron has issued advisory notices for the 70-180mm F/2.
8 Di III VXD and 17-28mm F/2. 8 Di III RXD lenses. They warn of a timing issue when using a flashgun with both lenses on most Sony cameras, and additionally a serious stabilizer malfunction when using the 70-180mm lens and the Alpha A7 II camera.
