The EOS M6 is one of Canon's most enthusiast-focused mirrorless cameras and, when paired with the diminutive EF-M 22mm F2, should make a convenient carry-anywhere camera. In a recent article, Richard suggested it might make a reasonable alternative to an X100 series camera. dpreview.com »
The 24-70mm F2. 8 zoom is one of the most versatile lenses out there and Sigma's latest version, part of the optically-outstanding 'Art' series, has drawn a lot of interest since its announcement as an alternative to pricier first party lenses. dpreview.com »
Leica's non-traditional ILC has been updated and now offers a higher-res 24MP sensor, greater processing power and a more comfortable body (with rounded edges). It retains its minimalist, unibody design, twin control dials and touch-based user interface. dpreview.com »

Canon's new EF-M 35mm F2. 8 IS STM Macro comes in at a reasonable $349 MSRP, and offers 1:1 magnification (very close to the front of the lens, admittedly), a claimed four stops of image stabilization and the stepper motor should work great for when you switch from stills to video. dpreview.com »
With the FE 100-400mm F4. 5-5. 6 GM lens, Sony is seeking to fill a super-telephoto gap in its lens lineup with the announcement of the a9 sports camera. It may not have the fast aperture of competitors' telephoto primes, but the zoom range is versatile, and the lens looks to be very sharp with pleasing out-of-focus backgrounds, plus it comes with a very close focusing distance to boot. dpreview.com »
The photographic 'holy-trinity' is an oft-described concept for the professional wedding, event and sports photographer. You have three cameras dangling from three straps around your body (and hopefully a chiropractor to help you with the aftereffects). dpreview.com »
Sony caught us by surprise when they announced not one, but two wide-angle lenses this week. Their new FE 12-24mm F4 G may be the 'little brother' to the FE 16-35mm F2. 8 GM, but it also displays great sharpness, and is well-built and impressively lightweight given its spec sheet. dpreview.com »

Of the recent digital medium format releases, one could argue the Hasselblad X1D carries the most-revered name. With a Rebel on one side and an 80D on the other, the Canon EOS 77D appears to occupy an interesting space in Canon's DSLR lineup. We haven't wasted any time getting our loaner unit out into the great outdoors (and the great indoors, for that matter). dpreview.com »
The Pentax KP packs tons of features into one of their most petite bodies yet. It offers a new 5-axis SR II IBIS system, ISO expansion up to 819,200 and interchangeable grips.
