Tamron has issued a product advisory noting that select units of its 70–180mm F2. 8 Di III VXD (Model A056) lens for Sony E-mount cameras were shipped without proper calibration of the internal floating optics, which could result in decreased image quality. dpreview.com »

Like a lot of modern lenses these days, Tamron lenses are no stranger to built-in image stabilization (or Vibration Compensation as Tamron calls it). Back in 2019, we reviewed the Sony 35mm f1. 8 FE lens and even gave it an Editor's Choice rating. Don't get us wrong, this is still a great lens for a great price point. But as time went on, we did more investigation into potential issues with the lens.
The Nikon Zf has finally landed in our hands for long-term testing. It's an incredible camera. And by far, this is the single best feeling camera that we've used all year. The Canon G1x Mk III came at a very unfortunate time for the company. When it was released, Canon was still at the top in sales.
