There is a clear trend from chinese manufacturers to work towards releasing new autofocus lenses. Also Zhong Yi Optics confirmed now that they are going to make AF lenses (including for Sony E-mount).

The initial lenses are said to be primes…probably 35mm or/and 85mm. – via Asobinet.

Tokina has discontinued production of the atx-m 85mm F1.8 FE lens. Rumor has it that this lens was actually manufactured by Viltrox. Now that the Chinese company has a good reputation, I think they no longer need the partnership with Tokina. Viltrox already sells its own 85mm lens under its own name.
