Fujifilm have announced an initiative to donate instax instant cameras to intensive care units across the UK to help frontline healthcare workers share a smile with patients from behind their personal protective equipment (PPE).
The initiative sees photography technology play its part in support the NHS through COVID-19 pandemic, allowing NHS staff to attach instant photo prints to their hospital gowns and show their patients a comforting smile.
The initiative has so far seen cameras donated to 31 NHS hospitals across the country.
