The resolution wars between smartphone brands is alive and well and now Huawei has cranked up the pressure on its rivals with the release of the P30 Pro and P30 devices. Check out the P30 series.

The new flagship P30 Pro smartphone features a new Leica Quad Camera System that includes a 40-megapixel main camera, a 20-megapixel 16mm ultra-wide angle camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto camera and a 32-megapixel front camera.
The Huawei P30 Pro features a 6. 4-inch screen.
The main 40-megapixel camera on the rear of the P30 Pro features Huawei’s 1/1. 7-inch SuperSpectrum RYYB Sensor, replaces green pixels with yellow pixels that Huawei says yields an insanely high maximum ISO rating of 409,600 on the HUAWEI P30 Pro and 204,800 on the P30. This main camera features a 26mm focal length and an aperture of f/1. 6.

The 8-megapixel telephoto camera features a 5x magnification, along with a 10x hybrid zoom and 50x digital zoom, enabling photographers to capture subjects from a distance but, perhaps even more interesting is the P30 Pro’s ToF camera, which uses ToF (Time of Flight) technology to capture and use enhanced depth of field information for realistic background blur and interesting bokeh.
The smartphone features IP68-rated splash protection.
Up front is a 32-megapixel sensor for high resolution selfies and the P30 Pro features a 6. 47-inch screen with 16. 7 million colours. A closest focusing distance of just 2. 5cm enables macro photographers to get frame-filling shots and the smartphone is rated at IP68 for water and dust resistance, along with boasting a high capacity 4,200mAh battery.
