Just how good is the video from the iPhone 7 Plus? The obvious way to find out is to do a side-by-side comparison with another camera used by a lot of people. You know, like. . .

ummm. . . an Arri Alexa. Because why not. YouTube user Potato Jet (who gets bonus points for his name) decided to do the experiment and shows us what he found.

I probably don't need to tell you that the Alexa outperforms the iPhone, but what's interesting is just how good the iPhone is, especially when you consider what was state of the art in cinema cameras not too many years ago.
