DxO Labs have issued a statement saying that they have chosen to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection.
Despite this, the company is planning to release version 1. 2 of DxO PhotoLab and a new version of the Nik Software Collection in June, following the process of restructuring the business.
