Trusted sources (Thanks!) just told us Sigma will have a new press event on August 19. And this is what we are likely to get: 200mm f/2. 0 Full Frame “Sports” lens for Sony E and Leica L 35mm f/1.
What you see here on top is the size comparison between the “old” Sigma 35mm f/1.2 and the new version that will be announced soon. How2Fly reports: Sony is testing a new full-frame macro lens, the FE 100mm F2. 8 Macro GM OSS. It means soon this lens will be announced. It’s going ot be the official replacement for the 90mm macro.
Sony registered a new camera code in China back in December. From trusted sources, we can be almost certain that it is the new Sony A7V. But I don’t know the specs yet and all I get are rumors from anonymous messengers.
Sigma continues to push forward with the release of new lenses, and today I have some exclusive, exciting news to share with you! On June 17, at the BildExpo event (register here) Sigma will announce new lenses: Sigma 17-40mm f/1.
On 23 May, Sony officially registered a new code for a camera that has not yet been released (see image above). In total, we now have three official camera codes in China. One of these is for the newly announced Sony FX2 (we still need to find out which one).
