Sigma has launched the new 105mm F1.
4 Art and 70mm F2. 8 Macro Art lenses, as well as announcing that 9 of its Art lenses will be made available for Sony E-mount full-frame cameras.
Sigma's new Sony E-mount lenses will feature a newly developed control algorithm that optimizes the autofocus drive and maximizes the data transmission speed. In addition, these lenses will be compatible with Sony’s continuous autofocus (AF-C) and high-speed autofocus, which are not supported by the current Sigma Mount Converter MC-11.
The brand new Sigma 105mm F1. 4 DG HSM Art is the ninth lens in the Sigma F1. 4 lineup. Designed for full-frame cameras and incorporating 17 optical elements in 12 groups, this lens offers minimal optical aberration and delivers incredible resolution and stunning contrast with a beautiful bokeh effect.
The brand new Sigma 70mm F2. 8 DG MACRO Art is the first Macro lens in the Art range, delivering stunning resolution and incredible clarity, while at the same time offering extremely smooth autofocus performance for a weightier, high-performance lens.
