Intro Sony's RX100 may have ushered in the era of the 1" sensor compact, but it took Panasonic to combine these larger sensors with the long-lens flexibility that defines a travel zoom. If you were to take the Sony 24-105mm f4 G OSS and compare it to the company's G Master lenses, then I'd feel like you're doing it an injustice in some ways. Almost 10 years ago Sony announced the Rx1RII fixed-lens full frame camera. Mark Galer tested the camera to see if it still made sense to spend money on it. What amazes me is that it is still available for $3298 at BHphoto.
