The Sony Xperia PRO is a 5G smartphone that will incorporate camera and display capabilities from the Xperia 1 II.
Xperia PRO will also support an HDMI connection, which allows the device to be connected to virtually any camera with an HDMI output. While using the camera as a monitor for interchangeable lens DSLR cameras or professional camcorders, it is possible to transmit broadcast video data during shooting to a server or cloud via 5G connection.
Sony has announced the Xperia 1 Mark II, with improvements to the Mark I's rear triple camera array and class-leading burst shooting mode. Along with the Xperia XZ, Sony has launched the Xperia X Compact. It's aimed at users who want a powerful camera in a compact body but can live with a slightly less powerful chipset.
