Montserrat is a volcanic island near the US Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. It was devastated by several eruptions beginning in 1995. Most of the island is off-limits due to the danger the volcano presents.

Ikeshima Island was the last coal mine island in Kyushu. In 1913, Mitsui Mining company bought the area on a small island in Nagasaki for coal mining. The excavation started in 1959. I've always had a sweet tooth so a few years ago I started making simple dessert to eat at breakfast or in the afternoon. Especially in weekends, when I had more time, I tried to place everything on my plate symmetrically and then I added sauces, cocoa and decorations!
