Last week, Olympus published a teaser about a sports-oriented mirrorless camera set to launch on January 24th. The video didn't reveal much, giving just a quick glimpse of a DSLR-shaped body with a built-in battery grip taking photos at volleyball and water polo matches.
There's not a whole lot new in this video, aside from someone taking photos at an auto race. The camera is still well-hidden, with Olympus offering a very quick glimpse of the back.

Earlier today, Olympus announced their new OMD EM5 Mk III camera with a fair amount of new tech. There's also some recycled tech inside that comes from their higher-end cameras. There are some of you out there that will deny Olympus and Micro Four Thirds their rights to the camera market, but I'd disagree with you. thephoblographer.com »

The Olympus XA2 probably isn't as famous at its predecessor, but it is quite a beautiful and simple camera to use otherwise. I got mine from Brooklyn Film Camera, and in some ways I like to think about it as Olympus' version of the Lomography LCA camera. thephoblographer.com »
