According to Asobinet Japanese stores officially marked the Sony RX10IV as discontinued. The camera can still be found in Stock at BHphoto, Amazon. Last year I reported that, according to my sources, Sony will not develop a successor for this camera.
So we’re done with such superzoom cameras from Sony… for now.

Sony Japan has listed all A-mount lenses on its website as ‘discontinued,’ signaling what can only be interpreted as the final blow for the A-type lens mount.
