We have been told that Canon will announce at least three new lenses ahead of the CP+ Photo & Imaging Show in Yokohama, Japan which takes place between February 22 – February 25, 2024. We were not told what lenses to expect, but that a niche part of the market would be addressed.

It looks like the much requested RF mount tilt-shift lenses are finally on the horizon. Tilt-shift lenses have been on our roadmap for a long time, and the big advancement is apparently these will be the first autofocus tilt-shift lenses on the market.
Freelensing is a photography technique that means you are holding the lens in front of an interchangeable lens camera. For first thought can be that "you'll have no focus!" or "dust on the sensor!" but actually, there is more about this.
I often preach on this site about how sterile every lens is on the market. But Lensbaby optics have a character that should be appreciated. Their standard lenses and their Omni kits are fun. But by far, the most tantalizing product they have is their Edge optics.
