Fujifilm Japan has published a notice on its website informing consumers that there could be forthcoming shortages of its three remaining 120 format color reversal slide film stocks. The other edge of the double-edged sword that is Fujifilm’s strategy of constantly updating and upgrading their cameras through firmware updates is that there will be bugs that make it through the QA process here or there.
Fujifilm has been riding a wave of popularity since the introduction of their X-T2, but with their full range of X-Series cameras now upgraded to the latest X-Trans III sensor, many have wondered what is next for Fujifilm to take their system to another level.
When moving over to a new camera, especially when moving from a completely different system, there is always a bit of a learning curve while you figure out the menu and discover how you work best with the camera.
Fujifilm's X-Pro2 is known for it's leica-esq appearance and much like the leica is known and revered in street photography circles as a camera to have.
