With the brand new OM System OM3 being announced today, street photographers can know that a brand designed a camera for them. The company is specifically targeting this camera to city photographers -- which is pretty much where some of the most famous street photography happens.
I never thought that I'd see it happen. For years now, OM System and their predecessor, Olympus, have said that they weren't going to get into the retro market and instead just focus on the outdoor and macro photography market.
Fact: there is no magic or skill in capturing every moment as a photographer. If that's the case, we might as well replace the photographer with a camera and an AI computer. Cameras these days are ridiculous.
Everyone wants a full-frame camera. They offer a ton of excellent image quality, and they're often the best buys for the price point. But no one should underestimate what APS-C cameras are capable of either.
Lots of photographers wonder about what the best camera for street photography is. And indeed, some are better than others for it. If you want really good autofocus, it's tough to beat what Sony does.
There are new findings that have been added to our Leica SL2s review. Specifically, these aren't new firmware updates. Our review on this camera has been fully updated on our findings with those for photographers for a while now.
